With the help of proper guidance, the managers tend to reach the business goal. Dharma being the owner of Helping hand decided to give the responsibility of managing the employees to Jenney. She supposed Jenney as one of the efficient employees inside the organization who has the ability to handle the employees properly. Therefore, Dharma did not care to provide an effective training to Jenny regarding the leadership style and leadership quality. As a result, Jenney failed to execute the role of a leader properly. Jenny failed to make an effective decision at the right time. As a result, employees had to suffer immensely in order to provide an effective service to the customers. However, managerial decision is highly important to control the overall process of business. In order to overcome any kind of crisis situation, managers of an organization has to play a major role (Dimmock 2013). Therefore, the business consultant has identified the issue that the management of Helping Hand is unable to take appropriate decision at the right time. The importance of appropriate leadership style: As per the point of view of the business consultant, using appropriate leadership style at the workplace is highly important for running an organization successfully. This business consultant has noticed that Jenny intended to follow autocratic leadership the workplace. With the help of this particular leadership, leaders intend to impose the decision on the employees (Farzadfar et al. 2012). As a result, employees do not get enough opportunity to share their point of views. In case of Helping Hand, Jenney did not get the opportunity to employees for sharing their point of views. As a result, communication gap rose in between the leaders and the employees. The importance of maintaining team inside the organization: With the keen observation of business consultant appointed by Dharma, it has been observed that the employees were not able to maintain unity at the workplace due to the indiscipline environment. Jenney failed to communicate with the employees properly. As a result, the employees did not intend to provide effective service to the clients. Gradually, the organization failed to reach the business goal (Free et al. 2013). Leaders like Jenney failed to take any collective decision regarding any kind of business goal. As a result, the overall image of the organization had been desperately affected. The importance of trained and quality leader inside the organization: Dharma had agreed that she did not provide an effective training and guidance to Jenny for managing the business due to lack of time (Switzer et al. 2013). Jenney on the other hand, in spite of being an efficient employee failed to control the rhythm of business properly. An appropriate training enhances the personality and the competency of the leaders (Friedberg et al. 2012). They come to know how to fulfill the demands of the employees and how to overcome different crisis. Without taking a proper guidance, Jenney would never be able to deal with the needs and demands of the employees. Analysis: After highlighting the issues, occurred generally inside the organization such as Helping Hand, the business consultant has provided an effective analysis regarding those issues. As per the point of view of business consultant, Jenney should use participative leadership instead of autocratic leadership. With the help of participative leadership, the leaders would never like to impose their decision on the employees (Fulgham et al. 2013). Moreover, the employees get enough opportunity to share their point of view regarding the business goal. As a result, the communication between the leaders and the employees within an organization would be effective. Employees would be encouraged to provide their best service to the clients. Automatically, the rhythm of business would not be affected due to the management style. If Jenny could maintain participative leadership style at the workplace, the employees never got de-motivated to perform well in this way. They got encouragement to maintain a unity inside the team to reach the business goal (Khunti et al. 2012). Unity helps to maintain organizational behavior as well. Therefore, the formation and unity among the team members is highly dependent on the performance and efficiency of a leader. Jenney should acquire knowledge and skill to lead a team properly so that she can become the backbone of Dharmas company as a successful leader. Due to the lack of effective training, Jenny was unable to take a proper decision at the right time. As a result, Helping Hand had to face innumerable problems to overcome the sudden hardships of the company (Lewis et al. 2013). In this situation, the business consult has suggested that Dharma should provide an effective training process to the leader like Jenney. A competent and trained leader is capable enough to handle the entire process of business. Therefore, Jenney would not be exceptional to that. After getting a systematic training, Jenney would be successful to deal with the different issues properly. Conclusion: This particular study has provided a deep insight about the relevance of proper management system at the workplace. As per the case scenario, it has been observed that Helping Hand, the non-profit organization has been facing serious challenges for appointing an incompetent and untrained leader within the management team. In order to overcome this crisis, Dharma, the owner of this organization intends to appoint an efficient business consultant to handle the situation. This particular individual has conducted an overall research in order to identify the different issues inside the organization. The issues that had been raised at the time of research are inappropriate leadership style, improper managerial decision, incompetency of leaders and so many. Based on the research issues, the business consultant has provided some of the necessary solution to Dharma for overcoming the situation. The solutions that had been provided primarily are using participative leadership style at the work place, taking proper decision at the right time, getting an effective leadership training and so many. Recommendations: The business consultant has provided enough suggestions how to overcome the crisis of a business organization by becoming a successful leader. It has been observed that the business consultant has overlooked some of the important factors. Therefore, some necessary recommendations have been provided regarding the appropriate management style at the workplace. Maintaining organizational behavior at the workplace is highly important to maintain the rhythm of business process (Maund et al. 2012). Every organization should follow a specific belief, culture and ethics inside the organization. Leaders should instruct the employees to follow such ethics and beliefs. In addition, every organization has to maintain some of the major regulations and acts inside the organization. The regulations include data protection act, right to information act, health and safety act and so many. Leaders should provide necessary facilities and benefits to the employees regarding their health issue. Consequently, they would like to provide their hundred efforts to deal with the customers. Ultimately, it helps the organization to build their image and reputation (Smutn, Prochzka and Vaculk 2013). Data protection act ensures that the management should never disclose data of any employee in front of the third party without taking the permission of that individual. Moreover, the managers should arrange an award function for the employees at the end of session to encourage them. Best performers should be rewarded at this event so that other employees as well get motivated from the award winner.
